Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Wild Picker, we take great care in delivering fresh and high-quality nuts, spices, and dried fruits. Due to the nature of our food products, our return and refund policy is limited and designed to ensure fairness and hygiene.

1. 📦 Return Eligibility

We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:

✅ Wrong product delivered

✅ Damaged or tampered package

✅ Product quality issue (spoiled/expired)

Note:

Returns are not accepted for opened or used products unless there is a quality issue.

Taste preferences or personal dislikes are not eligible for return.

2. ⏳ Return Request Time

You must request a return or complaint within 24 hours of delivery

Requests made after this period may not be accepted

3. 🎥 Proof Required

To process your request, you must provide:

Unboxing video (mandatory)

Clear photos of the product and packaging

Order ID details

This helps us verify the issue quickly and prevent misuse.

4. 🔁 Replacement Policy

If your request is approved, we will offer:

Free replacement of the product

OR

Store credit / refund (based on availability and situation)

5. 💰 Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed in the following cases:

Product is out of stock for replacement

Verified quality issues

Lost shipment (confirmed by courier)

Refund Method:

Original payment method

UPI / Bank transfer (if applicable)

Processing Time:

Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

6. 🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do NOT accept returns for:

Opened or partially used food products (without valid issue)

Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery

Orders with incorrect address provided by customer

7. 📦 Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
